At Tour Fiji Tours, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all our guests, we’ve outlined our updated Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

We encourage all travelers to review the terms of their booking before confirming their tour. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact our support team at the earliest opportunity so we can assist you with available options. Depending on the timing of your request, partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered. At Tour Fiji Tours, our priority is to make your travel experience as stress-free as possible even when plans change unexpectedly.

1. Cancellation Period

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
  • For multi-day tours or group bookings, different cancellation terms may apply (please check your booking confirmation for details).

2. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone listed on our website.
When requesting a cancellation, include:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Tour name and date
  • The name and contact details used during booking

Our support team will confirm your cancellation and guide you through the refund process if applicable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or “no-shows.”

4. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to appear for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Tour Modifications or Cancellations by Tour Fiji Tours

Tour Fiji Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Low participation or other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Weather-Related Cancellations

If a tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule your experience for another date.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

7. Group Bookings

Group and corporate bookings may have different cancellation terms based on the size and nature of the booking.
Please refer to your group agreement or contact our team for specific details.
